Garrard McClendon
Garrard McClendon is the host of Garrard McClendon Live! Garrard is also a professor, writer and diversity trainer. He is the author of "Ax or Ask?: The African American Guide to Better English" to help Blacks with school achievement.
Garrard co-hosted the McClendon Report on The Talk of Chicago, WVON 1690 AM and WJOB radio in Hammond, IN. He is a frequent commentator on WTTW-Channel 11 in Chicago and McClendon also writes a bi-monthly editorial for The Northwest Times.
Currently, he is completing his Ph.D. at Loyola University. Garrard is excited to be at CLTV and is looking forward to discussing with you the issues we face in Chicagoland.
