Have visited this establishment twice within a two year period, and have been very forgiving with the service and the food experience, but willing to take a chance and see if we receive the same best foot forward service they gave your program...
Our first experience was during a slow day during the week and had to be waited by the bartender/owner whom really seemed to be more preoccupied with getting tables set than reserving some attention to our needs and expectations.
The second time, we decided to give it a chance and go during a busier time, thinking we would actually have a waitress who can be attentive to our needs, more bread, another drink, but no where to be found.
In both cases, the food tasted as if it was pre-made and nuked.
Having owned a family restaurant for over 40 years, and Italian was not our specialty, I was expecting a lot more. I worked as a dishwasher, bus boy, short order cook, chef and worked my way as being an owner doing the owner and being very critical with quality control, and customer satisfaction.
As noted above, we will try it one more time hoping their best foot forward is now their norm.
I will be back to let you all know of the experience.
