I was so excited to get a chance to feature my favorite Italian Restaurant in the city on the show. My friends and I have been going to Sapori for years and it gets better and better each time I go. This was my first time getting to meet head Chef and owner Anthony who is a mastermind in the kitchen. My favorite dish on the menu is the Cappellacci all'Aragosta. Also translated into lobster ravioli. The ravioli is filled with a mixture of King and Boston crab, lobster, Parmesan cheese and more. They are then tossed in a homemade vodka sauce. Hands down out of this world!! Besides the Cappellacci all'Aragosta everything on the the menu is great!
