Diet Tips: How to stay Slim
I feel badly for the people sitting next to me at work. It's not because I talk loudly on the phone or crack bad jokes (or do I?) Mostly, I feel badly for my co-workers because I am constantly eating. We work in close quarters so they can always hear me biting, munching, and chewing.

But what's a lean, mean, eating machine like me to do? I get hungry and every two hours, I need a small snack.

I admit-- I've been blessed with some good genes and I don't put weight on too easily, but I also make sure I am constantly eating something healthy, which in turns keep my metabolism up and running.

Since most dieticians recommend eating 5 small meals a day, why not try to rev up your engine up by eating more often?

Below, a typical day of eating for me. Try munching this way for a few days to see how you feel and look. I guarantee it'll prevent you from binging and over-eating.
