Pom-secco

POM-SECCO: For the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort’s cocktail, John-Luke Fredricks muddles grapes, which will be combined with pomegranate seeds, lemon juice and Prosecco. After a gentle shake, the drink is served in a sugar-rimmed martini glass.
