    Chef Merlin Verrier of <a title=&quot;ge" href="http://www.grahamelliot.com/ge.php">Graham Elliot</a> restaurant is from the Central Coast of California, and says his Hispanic-influcened roots there were the inspiration for his creation in our "Healthy Bites" segment.&nbsp; We were doubtful Merlin could pull this recipe off for less than a $20 bill, but he did it for just more than $18!&nbsp; We can't make this up!&nbsp;
