FLOOD FORECAST: Raccoon River threatens homes and businesses in Adel

The Raccoon River is threatening to flood homes and businesses in Dallas County tonight. Kinnick Feller Park flooded over the weekend. Monday, the city tried to keep the water from causing even more damage.
